Administrative aspects
1. Review the application and processing of the company's fixed assets procurement, transfer, allocation, warranty, scrap, etc.;
2. Write fixed asset numbers, regularly carry out fixed asset inventory work, and maintain fixed asset ledgers;
3. Maintain and beautify the office environment, and organize the environment and hygiene of public meeting rooms;
4. Contact, maintain and arrange external suppliers, such as suppliers of drinking water, green plants, disinfection, decoration, etc.;
5. Carry out the procurement, storage, distribution and registration of administrative office supplies, employee daily necessities, labor insurance and property service materials, and manage the ledger of these items, control the inventory, and ensure that the inventory is in line with the actual situation;
6. Organize various cultural and sports activities to enrich the cultural life of employees;
7. Application for payment of office rent, utilities, communications, etc.;
8. Maintenance of material management system.
Personnel
1. Assist recruiters to make appointments for interviews, arrange interviews, and receive candidates by telephone;
2. Assist employee relations personnel to handle the entry, transfer, transfer and departure of employees, and maintain the personnel system at the same time;
3. Assist in handling employee attendance related matters;

1. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in human resource management, administrative management, Chinese, secretarial, Chinese language and literature and related majors;
2. Responsible, male or female;
3. The work is meticulous and conscientious, with strong principles, good execution and communication skills;
4. Strong affinity and service awareness, proactive, rigorous and meticulous;
5, skilled use of common office software and related personnel management software.
